OUR COLLABORATORS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING SERVICES VIA MAKEUP ARTIST AND HAIRSTYLIST AGENCY
1. Booking Confirmation

Upon confirmation of an order by the company, we will reserve makeup artists and/or hairstylists for the event. The confirmation is binding and signifies that both the client and the agency agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service will incur no charge.

Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total amount as per the order confirmation.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the total amount as per the order confirmation.
3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to the time, date, or location of the booked service must be communicated in writing and approved by us at least 14 days before the scheduled service. For changes made after this period, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.oIf the changes require additional makeup artists or hairstylists, supplementary fees may apply according to the current price list.
4. Payment Terms

Invoices must generally be paid within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments will incur interest charges in accordance with applicable law.
5. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the event, including time, location, number of participants, and any specific requests.

oAny additions or changes to the event that are not communicated in advance may result in additional costs.
6. Refund Policy

Any potential refunds of charged fees must be approved by us in writing.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy

All bookings and arrangements are handled with strict confidentiality. Personal information provided in connection with bookings is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Disputes

Any disputes arising in connection with the booking of services shall be resolved in Swedish courts in accordance with Swedish law.
